The Bayshore Center at Bivalve includes the Delaware Bay Museum & Folklife Center, art gallery, gift shop and is home to New Jersey's official Tall Ship, the A.J. Meerwald, a restored 1928 Delaware Bay oyster dredgeboat, now a sailing classroom. In season, public sails, themed sails, day and overnight camps, education sails, private charters and more depart from ports in New Jersey, including Liberty State Park, Alpine, Cape May and more. Delaware River Railroad Excursions

Adults $17, children $10, lap sitter $2; special event fees vary. Tickets are available online. The only steam locomotive operating in New Jersey offers scenic one-hour trips along the Delaware River weekends May-Oct. or themed excursions throughout the year including Thomas, Santa Claus, Polar Express (tickets go on sale June 1.), Easter Bunny, Mine, Corn Maze, Winery and Great Pumpkin Trains. Model Railroad Club, Inc.

Membership is open to seniors (18 and over), juniors (ages 15-17) and families with an active interest in model railroading. Whippany Railway Museum
